Sino Science and Technology Co., Ltd.(SSTC), established in 1994 and restructured from Shengli Oilfield in 2004, is a technology company provides technical services in petroleum, natural gas, and new energy development, as well as integrated environmental engineering and information software supporting services. Currently, SSTC has more than 700 employees. It holds Grade-A qualifications for engineering consulting, Grade-A engineering design qualifications in the petroleum and natural gas (offshore oil) industry, as well as Grade-B qualifications in municipal, power, and construction industries. Other qualifications include environmental impact assessments, safety evaluations, engineering supervision, and engineering surveying for construction projects. Additionally, it has certification for clean production audits, energy audits, energy management system services, and information integration services (CMMI, ITSS). The company has passed QHSE management system certification and the integration certification of information and industrialization management system.

Since establishment, SSTC has completed over 40,000 consulting projects, involving an investment of nearly RMB 40 trillion, realizing more than RMB 60 billion in investment optimization for its clients.
